Rockabilly Portrait Session in Central Point
Oh man, it’s been a while since I updated this blog, and I have about a hundred sessions in the queue I need to get up here. I guess I better get to work!
First up is this adorable rockabilly-inspired shoot. Robyn, my client, recently made some big life-changes and treated herself to this shoot in celebration. Donnye of Boho Bella in East Medford did a great job with the hair and makeup styling. I just love Robyn’s victory rolls and polka-dot dress, and her bright red lip color sets off the look to perfection.
We shot this session at a ranch along Old Stage Road in Central Point where the Robyn’s daughter rides her horse. The classic pickup really lent ambiance to the setting, and the light-blue color compliments rather than overwhelms.
Let’s take a page from Robyn’s playbook and celebrate our milestones. We all need a little self-care from time to time.
